Warranty and Return Policies
Sistema Technologies warrants that software licensed to customer will operate without a documented defect for a period of ninety (90) days from the delivery date. Sistema’s sole obligation with respect to the warranty shall be to repair or replace the software. The remedies herein represent Sistema’s sole obligations. Customer must provide Sistema notice of any warranty claim within the warranty period of ninety (90) days from the delivery date.
Should the customer wish to terminate its licensing agreement with Sistema Technologies for use of its software, the software need not be returned but rather deleted from the customer’s systems and no longer used by any employees, contractors or the like after a period of thirty (30) days from the termination of the agreement by both parties. Customer must provide 30 day advance notice in writing to Sistema Technologies their desire to terminate their license agreement for the use of Sistema Technologies software.
