- Ensure compliance with City and other regulatory agency requirements and policies.
- Meet with project managers, engineers, and contractors to discuss schedule-related data
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Confer with personnel to assess progress and discuss necessary changes.
- Revise schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions in collaboration with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering.
- Schedule operational activities.
