The Texas Railroad Commission ITS division requires the services of one experienced Salesforce Project Manager resource preferably with knowledge/experience in managing Salesforce platform development teams, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of a Project Manager.

The Worker will apply their knowledge of Salesforce platform development life cycle management to support the needs of internal ITS development project teams.

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Full lifecycle experience in solution definition and development and testing of Salesforce applications.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of cloud solutions.
Practical deployment knowledge of Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, AppExchange deployment.
Design experience with Force.com, Salesforce Integration, Lightning.
Understanding of key Salesforce architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design.
Experience with different Salesforce Clouds and Integrations.
Understanding of load testing, static, dynamic scans and experience in guiding development teams to resolve performance and security issues.
Experience in data modeling techniques.
Experience in developing IT architecture plans.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues, and vendor representatives.
Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solutions.

	5	Required	Experience leading multiple transformation projects in a solution architecture position using the force.com technology platform.
	5	Required	Experience in the design and development of applications with integrations to multiple external systems.
	4	Required	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
	1	Required	Total years of experience may run concurrently. Salesforce Certified - Salesforce Admin and Developer Certification and one or more Architect Designer certifications.
	10	Preferred	10+ years of experience architecting and implementing salesforce.com technology solutions across numerous industries.
	1	Preferred	Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.
	1	Preferred	• Certified Platform Developer II. • Advanced relevant degree.
	1	Preferred	Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics (Tableau) and Lightning.
	1	Preferred	Data Migration experience. • Leadership skills to indirectly lead cross-functional teams towards common solutions.
	1	Preferred	Working experience on middleware tools like MuleSoft.
	1	Preferred	Experience with working with Tableau, Microsoft BI or similar data visualization tools.
